Buy gift cards for everyday shopping to support First UMC. Gift cards for Kwik Trip, Walmart, Papa murphy's, and more can be purchased in the Narthex before and after church.
We decided to offer more options to expand electronic giving to meet the needs of an increasing number of people who are going paperless. Through our church partner VANCO we are now able to offer more ways to easily give electronically. Besides being able to give electronically as we do now through automatic bank transfers, you are able to consider giving through Card Processing and On-Line Giving. We now have the ability to make a contribution to our church through a mobile app and through our church website!
To get started, download GivePlus Church for free from the App Store or Google Play. Simply search for “GivePlus Church” to quickly find and download the app today. Then, you can easily make contributions directly from your smartphone using your debit/credit card or checking/savings account. You can also choose to donate as a guest or set up an account that allows you to securely and conveniently schedule recurring donations and manage and review your giving history.
A link to our own Give + Online page is on our newly revised website www.tomahumc.org. On the main page tool bar, click “Giving,” then on “First UMC Online Giving.” This is another way for you to set up secure, ongoing giving or one time giving if you don’t want to use a smartphone.
